Kuumbwa’s Summer Jazz Camp is an annual day camp for students 12-18 years old who are interested in learning to play jazz. Students receive both one-on-one and group instruction and the camp focuses on live performance, basic improvisation, theory, soloing concepts/phrasing, along with jazz history and appreciation.
