Come get creative with art and movement! Artful Yoga is an exploration of creativity of both body and mind. What can we create when we're mindful of ourselves and others? Finding our center through mindfulness, we'll create art and move our bodies. We will engage in individual and group art activities interspersed with yoga practice, mindfulness, and always finishing with a calming and restorative relaxation practice.
